Earparty Co carefully packages all orders to ensure they arrive safely. Because our earrings are handmade, processing times may vary. Please allow adequate time for your order to be prepared before shipment. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
Once your order has shipped, Earparty Co is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, lost or stolen packages, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you experience an issue with delivery, you may contact the carrier directly or email us at earpartyco@gmail.com for assistance.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. Earparty Co does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
The only exception is if your item arrives defective. If you believe your item is defective, please email earpartyco@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Requests will be reviewed, and you will receive a response within up to 3 business days. If approved, a resolution will be provided at our discretion.
